As a remote-first company, we're revolutionizing the way Human Resources teams approach talent acquisition, and empowering them with our HR Intelligence platform. Our mission? To become the premier AI-powered HR intelligence platform, spanning every phase of the Employee Lifecycle. Preference will be given to candidates in the Singapore / +8 timezone. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with us to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Transform rough wireframes into sleek designs for web apps, ensuring they're cohesive and user-friendly.
• Utilize Figma to create prototypes and mockups that bring our ideas to life.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and testing.
• Ensure our designs work seamlessly across all devices.

Requirements:

• Experience designing responsive web apps? Check.
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools)? Check.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles? Check.
• Excellent communication skills? Check.
• Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines? Check.
• Previous freelance or part-time experience? Bonus!
